Exchange and Return Policy

1. Conditions for Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may request an exchange within the first 30 days following the delivery of your product. Exchanges are permitted if the product does not match its description on the Olymcare.com website or if it differs from your order. We will cover the delivery fees for such exchanges. Due to personal hygiene and COVID-19 safety precautions, other reasons for returns or exchanges are not permitted under our policy.

  • Product Eligibility: The following conditions must be met for products to be eligible for return or exchange:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase, including an invoice and order confirmation, along with videos or photos of the unboxing process, must be provided.

2. Exchange/Return Procedure

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Department at Olymcare@gmail.com immediately upon discovering any discrepancies or damages. Include all necessary documentation, photos, and video evidence, and describe the issue in detail.

  • Step 2: Within 48 hours of receiving your email, we will review the information, verify the product's status, and respond with instructions for returning the goods, including the recipient's details. Please note that returns sent without our prior confirmation will not be our responsibility, and we will not cover delivery costs or issue refunds for these.

  • Step 3: Carefully repackage the goods according to the provided instructions and send them to the designated return address. We advise documenting the repackaging process with photos or videos to aid in resolving any potential disputes regarding the product's condition upon receipt.

  • Step 4: Once the return is received and verified by our warehouse team, we will confirm the quality and quantity match the initial order. Following this verification, the Customer Service Department will send a confirmation email, and any exchanges or reshipments will be processed within 48-72 business hours.

Additional Notes:

  • Exchanges, returns, or refunds are processed only after confirmation by the Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
  • The company covers delivery costs only in cases where the issue is due to our error. In other situations, these costs must be borne by the customer.
  • The company is liable only for cases where the product is used according to the prescribed dosage, instructions, and recommendations. Deviations from recommended use negate any responsibility for the product's effectiveness, and such cases will not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Exchanges are limited to products of equal or lesser value. If the desired product is unavailable, a full refund, including product and shipping costs, will be provided.
