Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

1. Overview We provide standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days from the processing date, rather than the payment date. Typically, the processing time for orders ranges from 1-3 business days.

Delivery Details

  • Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders.
  • Note that delivery times may extend during sales periods, holiday seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
  • Deliveries occur on weekdays only, excluding public holidays.

2. Tracking Your Order Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email includes shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the carrier's website. To monitor your order’s location, utilize the provided tracking information. 3. Order Status: Preparing to Ship / In Transit Your order has been packed and has left the Olymcare warehouse. You will receive an email/message with a Tracking Number once the parcel is dispatched. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to activate.

4. Processing Orders on Public Holidays Our warehouse and courier partners observe public holidays; therefore, orders are not processed or shipped on these days. We appreciate your patience and understanding that orders will be processed on the following business day.
